We have new blood in the allotment office ... Michael Peacock is the newly appointed Allotment Officer and he is an allotmenter too, so fingers crossed ! We've been told to give him a couple of weeks in the job before we start to pester, er, introduce ourselves :)
He's even got an allotment blog

ReplyDeleteyeah, I have my fingers crossed. The Fed were implying that the council might be pushing for self management in the future and that might have been one of the reasons he was successful. We're gonna invite him to Meersbrook once he's had a bit of time to settle in :)
